Here are a few answers to some of your musings, ponderings or curiosities....

Is travel included?

You’re responsible for your flight to Rome airport (FCO) We will provide a group shuttle service from the airport to the retreat location on Sunday and back to the airport on Thursday. If you are extending your stay, or arrive a few days early at a different location, that leg of airport transport is not included, we will do our best to accommodate your travel arrangements.

What airport do I fly into?

Leonardo da Vinci – Fiumicino Airport. There is a closer airport in Florence as well in case you are wanting to bounce around prior to arrival. Please book a ticket that lands no later than 4:30 p.m. on October 11th, and leaves no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15th for group transport purposes

Where will be staying?

Stretched across a Tuscan hill, Siena is my favorite place to revel in medieval Italy. The town is an architectural time warp, where pedestrians rule and the present feels like the past. Siena is one of the most picture-perfect cities with a unique charm that’s hard to put into words. By day, walk through the maze of narrow lanes, discovering medieval art, and cute gelaterias. By night, find romantic trattorias lit by candlelight as you sit in the shadow of gothic buildings and enjoy the satisfying feeling of a belly full of fresh pasta. This atmospheric city is truly one of the gems of Tuscany.

I have special dietary needs, can I still attend?

Yes! We will gladly accommodate you. The restaurants all source local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

We'll be in touch to ask for your dietary preferences after you secure your spot.

Are payment plans avaliable?

Yes, we are offering a 10-month payment plan in addition to pay in full options. Your first payment will be drafted immediately to hold your spot.

Refund + Cancellations

Due to the intimate nature of this trip and the limited number of spots, not to mention the amount of planning, deposits and security needed to secure this retreat, you have 14 days from the purchasing decision to request a refund. After that we will not be able to honor refunds in this way.

If, for any reason, you are no longer able to make it, then we will do everything we can to help you to sell your spot as it is transferable to another. We will have a waitlist and will seek to replace your spot. If successful, you will receive your deposit and any other $$$ paid in full.
